UK Standard Delivery: 5–8 working days — Free on orders over £30, otherwise £3.99

UK Express Delivery: 2–3 working days — £6.99

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at toufikdjemai@icloud.com with your order number and reason.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Just send us a photo and your order number.
